Priority is currently partnering with our client, Xerox Corporation in a recruitment effort for Product Support Specialists in the Saint John area. We are seeking exceptional client service oriented individuals who are looking to work at one of Canada's Top 100 Employers!

As a Product Support Specialist, it is your role to provide excellent customer service as well as solve any customer hardware, software or networking problems. The chosen candidate will have the ability to proactively diagnose and resolve any client issues over the telephone. Problem solving is your forte. Effective negotiation and escalation skills are essential.  

You will be the first point of contact for customer issues and if unable to resolve said issues on the first call you will be expected to engage 2nd Level groups as appropriate.

Product Knowledge is essential in this role, as such, the successful candidate must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.  The rate of pay for this position is $15.00 per hour plus shift premium where applicable.

 

In order to qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • PC/MAC/Networking experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of achievement and self-motivation
  • Ability to deliver results independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  •  Minimum: High School Education with related Technical/Business Experience 

 

You must be available from Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm (Rotational Shifts)
