Priority is currently partnering with our client, Xerox Corporation in a mass recruitment effort for Bilingual and Unilingual Customer Solution Representatives in the Saint John area. We are seeking exceptional client service oriented individuals who are looking to work at one of Canada's Top 100 Employers!

 In this role you will provide service and solutions support for our client's major accounts. This includes but is not limited to: technical trouble shooting, equipment issues and escalations to 2nd level technical support.

You will also be expected to perform dispatch duties, field general inquiries and follow-up on customer care calls.

As the CSR you will answer incoming calls, emails and electronic service requests (tickets) from customers, employees and 3rd Party employees as well as monitor the customers' equipment remotely.

The ability to diffuse difficult customer situations as well as maintain positive customer service interaction is essential.

 

In order to qualify for this role, you must possess the following:   

  • Superior customer service and professional telephone skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple applications.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and effective written & verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency while in a fast-paced professional work environment.
  • High amount of creativity and self-motivation
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in high pressure situations.
  • Demonstrate ability to be a strong team player and work effectively in a team environment.
  • You must be available from Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm (Rotational Shifts)
