Priority is proud to partner with the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick to support the recruitment of a full-time, permanent Office Manager to join their team in Fredericton, NB.

 

Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, the Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Association. Primary responsibilities include leading and engaging a team of 5 staff, payroll and accounts payable functions, as well as managing budgets, supplies and facilities/equipment.

 

The ideal candidate is a confident and well-liked team-player who is able to take initiative and make decisions. You have a respected work ethic as well as the interpersonal skills required to deal with CANB's diverse and dynamic group of members, clients, stakeholders, and directors.

 

Qualification Highlights

  • 5 years work experience as an office manager
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in database management and payroll software applications (i.e. Ceridian)
  • High level of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of business management principles
  • Administration, Business, or Accounting Degree or Diploma is ideal
  • Knowledge or experience in the cosmetology industry may be considered an asset
  • English language is required, French language will be considered and asset
