Resonance Inc. is searching for a full-time permanent Associate to join their dynamic team in Saint John, NB.

Key responsibilities for this important new role would include:

  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions on various workplace matters such as employment law, harassment in the workplace, conflict resolution and respectful workplaces
  • Conflict resolution between individual and/or groups in the workplace through mediation, workplace assessments and training
  • Assisting in the conduct of formal independent third-party workplace investigations
  • Workplace restoration following investigations or conflict
  • Proactive policy creation
  • Governance advice and training for Boards of Directors or organizations in general



  • A member in good standing with the Law Society of New Brunswick
  • Strong knowledge of labour and employment law
  • Conflict resolution and governance experience
  • Professional designation would be considered an asset
  • Driver's license and the ability to travel throughout New Brunswick and Nova Scotia
